Call of Duty: Warzone 2 is one of the latest battle royales that we have seen come out. Released in 2022, despite being a few years behind the likes of Fortnite and PUBG, Call of Duty: Warzone 2 had an insane impact on the gaming community and became an instant hit.
Warzone 2 propelled the Call of Duty franchise to new heights of fame and has become a game that every gamer has at least heard of, if not played.
If you feel like you’re being left behind and have yet to experience how Call of Duty: Warzone 2 redefines the battle royale genre, worry not; we’ve got your back!
There are many prebuilt PCs out there that you can get for a lot cheaper than you think while still managing to run Call of Duty: Warzone 2 in its full glory.
Before we get to our list of prebuilt systems, though, do take a good look at the minimum and recommended requirements of the game in the section below!
In a hurry? To help you save some time, here are our top 3 favorite picks when it comes to the best budget gaming PCs for Warzone 2 in 2024!

Call of Duty: Warzone 2 System Requirements
Minimum System Requirements:
- Processor: AMD FX 6300 or Intel Core i3 4340
- Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 7950, NVIDIA® GeForce GTX™ 1650
- Memory: 8 GB
- Storage: 175 GB of HDD space
Recommended System Requirements:
- Processor: AMD Ryzen™ R5 1600X or Intel Core i5 2500K or better
- Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 580 or NVIDIA® GTX™ 1660 or better
- Memory: 12 GB or better
- Storage: 175 GB of SSD space
Note that although you will find a lot of listed minimum requirements online mentioning an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670, we have chosen not to include it.
The reason we have not included this is that at 1080p, it will only give you about 30 to 40 FPS at the lowest settings.
Anything below a consistent 60 FPS isn’t good enough for competitive games, including battle royales, so only go for lighter graphics if you have a monitor that clocks out at a resolution below 1080p.
For this article, we’re assuming that you have at least a 1080p monitor. Apart from these hardware requirements, you obviously will need a stable internet connection with a satisfactorily low ping unless you want a frustrating experience with rubberbanding and bullets going through your enemies!
With these minimum requirements, it’s evident that playing Call of Duty: Warzone 2, as it was intended to be played, is not going to cost an arm and a leg.
With the minimum requirements, you could get a 60 FPS experience, but another thing to keep in mind is the 1% lows, i.e., the lowest 1% of frame times, since these indicate stutters in games caused by random dips in FPS that average FPS can sometimes fail to show.
The minimum requirements have a lot of these stutters that can make the game unplayable if you are a competitive player.
Fortunately, there are many budget options in the $600 to $850 range for prebuilds aimed at different graphics and resolution targets right on Amazon that can get you up and running Warzone 2 in no time, so let’s get right to them!
Top 7 Best Budget Prebuilt Gaming PCs For Warzone 2
[lasso type=”table” id=”10″ link_id=”4505″]
1. SkyTech Chronos Mini ST-CHRONOSMINI-0154 – Best Overall
We start off our list with a tiny $600 powerhouse: the SkyTech Chronos Mini. This PC houses a 10th Generation i3 processor with 25% greater effective speed than the recommended 2500K and the GTX 1650 that lands on our minimum requirements.
The gameplay for CoD: Warzone 2 is very smooth at the lowest graphics settings with 1920×1080 resolution.
The game averages a nice 73 FPS with this hardware, but there are dips down to 50 FPS during gunfights in graphically tougher situations, which could get annoying for competitive gameplay.
However, these dips were very rare in our testing, and overall the game runs smoothly with 60+ frames per second most of the time, sometimes going up to almost 100 FPS.
Anything above the lowest settings might be a challenge for this PC, but if you aren’t on the competitive grind and just want to enjoy the game casually with your friends, you can push the graphics settings to medium and still get away with an average of 60 FPS, but this will cause drops much lower than 60 FPS.
The RAM used is great quality with a 3200 MHz speed and comes with its own heat spreader, and meets the minimum 8GB requirement.
With the included 600W gold-certified PSU and the B560 motherboard, upgrades down the line are easily possible but do keep in mind that with this motherboard, you will be limited to Intel processors of up to the 11th generation.
The major drawback with this PC will be the storage. Although we see a decent storage speed with the SSD, it’s only 500 GB.
Windows and CoD: Warzone 2 alone will take up almost half your storage space and leave you with little space for other files and especially other games. Still, for $600, it’s difficult to ask for much more than this!
2. iBUYPOWER Trace 4 9310 – Runner Up
The iBUYPOWER Trace 4 9310 costs $650 on Amazon, making it one of the cheapest gaming build options, but it packs quite the punch, especially for 1080p CoD: Warzone 2 gameplay.
AMD’s RX 5500 XT is about 20% faster than the GTX 1650 from our minimum requirements, whereas the Ryzen 5 3600 is about 26% better than even the recommended i5 2500K.
With this hardware, you can expect the game to perform exceptionally well on low settings at 1080p resolution, going over a hundred FPS on average for high refresh rate monitors.
The lowest 1% FPS is around 65, which means that on low settings, this PC is more than ready for competitive Warzone 2 gameplay.
At higher graphics settings with 1080p, you can expect around 77 FPS on average, but it comes with 1% lows of 48 FPS.
While it may not seem like much, the drops below 60 FPS will be noticeable and could get in the way of competitive gameplay; thus, we only recommend running higher graphics settings with this PC if you’re more of a casual player.
While the GPU and CPU configuration is unbelievable for the price this PC comes in at, the memory will feel a little lacking with only 8 GB of 2666 MHz RAM.
Although the PC does fulfill the minimum requirement, a cheap upgrade to 16 GB of memory will boost your Warzone 2 FPS and will make the game run well at a blend of medium to high settings with consistent 60+ FPS and raise the 1% lows of 1080p medium settings to 60 FPS making it perfect for competitive play.
We get to see an ample 3 TB of SSD storage, which means that storing the full 175 GB of Warzone 2 alongside many other games won’t be a problem.
The ADATA SSD will also provide decent load times, much faster than a traditional hard disk drive.
The power supply is 80+ bronze-certified at 500W, which is better than the recommended 450W for a Ryzen 5 3600 and Radion RX 5500 XT build; thus, you’re not risking undervolting your components either.
Overall, you’re looking at an excellent low settings 1080p competitive Warzone 2 experience right out of the box and a smooth medium to high settings experience if you can cough up a little more cash for the extra 8 GB of RAM!
3. Acer Nitro 50 – Alternative Pick
Coming from a reputable brand, it’s surprising that the Acer Nitro 50 costs just $664.5 on Amazon, especially since it entails the customer service from Acer and premium software like DTS X: Ultra Audio.
The Nitro 50 is loaded with the GTX 1650 that has already proved itself in the face of CoD: Warzone 2, but with a much better processor this time: The 12th Gen i5 12400F.
Compared to the i5 2500K recommended processor, the i5 12400F is an insane 50% faster, resulting in much better gaming performance. The combined power of this processor with the GTX 1650 can run Warzone 2 at low graphics presets with ease!
The combo averages about 70 FPS in-game, and the worst drops are still 60+ FPS resulting in a stutter-free experience. The RAM bottlenecks the otherwise amazing hardware with 8GB, and upgrading to even 12 GB would improve around 10 FPS on average.
The storage is limited to only 512 GB; however, the Nitro 50 makes up for this with its storage speed.
The installed M.2 NVMe chip is much faster than even SSD drives, which means the dreadfully slow loading times will be lightning fast here! The PSU is rated at 500W, which is about 100W above the recommended wattage for this rig.
While this is a great gaming PC right out of the box, with a few upgrades, you can take it to the next level.
With an added RAM stick and an extra storage drive, this PC becomes absolutely unbeatable for 1080p competitive CoD: Warzone 2 gameplay at the price, even with the added cost of the upgrades.
The 12th Gen i5 can also support much beefier GPUs later down the line if you wish to upgrade from the GTX 1650 in the future.
4. SkyTech Shadow 3.0 – Premium Pick
The next prebuilt PC on our list is the SkyTech Shadow 3.0.
Priced at just $683 on Amazon, this PC surprisingly comes with the GTX 1660S! Paired with the Ryzen 5 3600, this is an insane package for high FPS 1080p and even smooth 1440p gameplay with CoD: Warzone2 !
We already know that Ryzen 5 3600 beats the recommended i5 2500K by a decent margin. However, the GPU is the highlight of this PC.
The Recommended requirements mention the younger sibling of the 1660 Super, the 1660. This GPU is only slightly better than the recommended GPU, but we finally have a PC that tops the recommended requirements without even crossing the $700 mark!
For 1080p Warzone 2 gameplay, this PC is an absolute beast: The average FPS will cross 100 while the 1% lows only drop to 72 FPS at ultra settings!
At medium to low settings, you can take full advantage of a 144 Hz or higher refresh rate monitor or play with stunning visuals at well above competitive FPS.
This is the first PC on this list with which you can push the resolution up to QHD. At low settings, you can get an average of 84 FPS, with 71 FPS at the 1% lowest.
This is a very tight frame rate window, meaning you get smooth gameplay without any stutters. Competitive battle royale gameplay is possible at 1440p without breaking the bank!
If you’re a casual player, then you don’t have to worry about driving the graphics settings up to high, either.
At high settings with 1440p resolution, the 1660S and Ryzen 5 3600 can output an average of 60+ FPS with 1% lows of 50 FPS, making for a satisfying casual high-end gaming experience at crisp resolutions!
The 16 GB 3200 MHz RAM and 600W gold-certified PSU will let the powerful hardware work to its full potential without any hiccups in the long term.
Once again, the only drawback is going to be the 500 GB SSD, which will leave little space for other games and programs once you let Warzone 2 eat up the massive 175 GB.
You’re not going to find a better deal than the SkyTech Shadow 3.0 for Call of Duty: Warzone 2 at this price point, and if you can, we recommend installing a second SSD or even an HDD for a small price so you can play much more than just Warzone 2 on this beast!
5. HP Pavilion Gaming TG01-2049 PC
The HP Pavilion Gaming PC might not be that much of a looker when compared to the RGB aesthetics of the usual gaming PC builds, but it offers some shockingly good hardware for just $745 on Amazon!
This prebuilt PC from HP comes with one of the best Ryzen processors, the Ryzen 5 5600G and RX 5500 graphics.
The Ryzen 5 5600G is almost 40% faster than the i5 2500K, and the RX 5500 is a lot better for Warzone 2 than the GTX 1650 that we usually get to see in this price range.
At 1080p low graphics and shadow map detail set to extra, you can run the game at a consistent 80 FPS without any noticeable drops in FPS, and at medium settings, you can still get a smooth 60 FPS experience.
The hardware is able to perform to its full capabilities thanks to the ample 16 GB of RAM, which is why we get much more consistent FPS than the Trace 4 9310 despite the former using an overclocked version of the same GPU.
Of course, the heavier processor also has a role in the increased FPS compared to the Trace 4 9310.
The PSU is 500W which is more than capable enough of handling the Ryzen 5 5600G alongside the RX 5500.
All of this does sound too good to be true, but what might turn most buyers away from this PC is the lack of storage space despite the fast M.2 chip.
With only 256 GB available, you’ll have a tough time downloading other games once you download Warzone 2 on this PC. If you can upgrade the storage, though, this PC will last you a long time without the need for further upgrades!
6. SkyTech Archangel ST-ARCH4-0600-W-AM
The SkyTech Archangel is more mid-range than budget compared to the previous options on the list at $800, but considering what it has to offer, it’s still pretty damn cheap!
The RTX 3050 offers some insane performance, but it is often overshadowed by the other RTX GPUs, primarily due to poor ray tracing performance.
But when ray tracing isn’t a must, this becomes a great option to run the best games at maximum settings – Call of Duty: Warzone 2 included!
Running Warzone 2 is a breeze with the Ryzen 5 3600 and the RTX 3050, as the duo averages 90+ FPS with the settings maximized all the way to ultra!
The lowest 1% is as high as 70 FPS, which is something that most setups at this price point would struggle to touch with even their average FPS!
This performance is achieved despite the RAM holding the CPU and GPU back from their best performance, but if upgraded from the default 8 GB to 16 GB, you can comfortably reach a consistent 100+ FPS with this configuration.
The 600W PSU might seem a little bare-bone when written next to an RTX GPU on a spec sheet, but the RTX 3050 draws much less power than the rest of its power-hungry family and runs comfortably even with 450 watts of power supply.
The NVMe M.2 chip will minimize loading times, but the 500 GB of space will still hold you back. That being said, for the price, it’s really tough to ask for more than what’s already been put into this absolutely insane prebuild!
7. ZOTAC MEK Hero G2 I2435F
If the SkyTech Archangel seemed too good for its price, prepare to be blown away because the ZOTAC MEK Hero G2 is on sale for just $812 on Amazon with not only the RTX 3050 but also the i5 12400F, which is almost 20% faster than the Archangel’s Ryzen 5 3600!
The ZOTAC MEK Hero G2 also comes with 16 GB of RAM clocked at 3200 MHz by default, so you don’t have to go around looking for upgrades to have your PC running at its full potential.
This PC can run Call of Duty: Warzone 2 with ray tracing and ultra graphics at 1080p with an average of over 100 FPS right out of the box, and there is no lag of any sort as the FPS drops to a minimum of 78 FPS in difficult rendering situations!
The tradeoff of the SSD storage space and speed for the performance you get on this PC is more than just worth it since Warzone 2’s graphics look breathtaking with RTX on!
You can truly experience the game in its full glory with this setup and can run the latest AAA titles aside from Warzone 2 with ease as well.
The PC is future-proof, with all the necessities required for the toughest upcoming games to run at their best with 1080p resolution. You just can’t go wrong with the ZOTAC MEK Hero G2!
