Review: Twitterrific for iPhone
When journalists of CNN USA want to interact with audience they are giving away, on air (!), their email addresses but also (!) their Twitter accounts! In other words Twitter no longer is just a microblogging service for geeks, but it has hit mainstream.
The main view of Twitterrific for iPhone shows latests twits (Twitter posts) from yourself and from people that you Twitter-follow (note that messages directed at yourself are in different color):
One can post new messages:
One can reply to posts of given person:
There are some additional functions, including ability to look at profile of given person:
… and also an embedded Safari window can show web pages (either links from Twitter messages or profiles etc.):
In the settings several other options exist:
Some other Twitter clients for iPhone demand registration at other websites than Twitter.com – unlike Twitterrific that works directly with Twitter. Twitterrific is available also in premium version. The free version (that we review here) is financed by inline advertisemetns that are not disturbing however.
Some additional functions of this program include also: sending your geographical location and uploading pictures.
Conclusion: Twitterific is the best Twitter client for iPhone and we can only recommend it as it is also free. If you have other suggestions regarding Twitter clients for iPhone, please post them in comments to this story!
… and remember: never ever buy Nokia phone! Instead chose a phone powered by Windows Mobile or an iPhone !

I’m a fan of the Twitterific, but I like Ziibii better – I can use multiple features accessing Facebook, YouTube, email, Twitter, etc. with Ziibii – Has anyone else tried it?
